CCR AutoBAn is on standby 24 hours a day to assist users of the Anhanguera-Bandeirantes System. Specialized teams travel the highways to monitor traffic, offer emergency mechanical assistance, remove vehicles and provide pre-hospital medical assistance.

 

With state-of-the-art technology, the service has 544 emergency telephones installed every kilometer on the highways and handles an average of 640 incidents a day. There are 19 light winches; 5 heavy winches; 16 traffic inspection vehicles; 13 mobile rescue units, including a support vehicle for the exclusive use of the medical team; 3 water trucks for firefighting, among others.

Callbox

Emergency telephones (callboxes) are located along the highways and activate the CCR User SOS. The phones have security devices that record data from the highway, such as the kilometer of origin and the time of the call.

Operational Control Center (OCC)

The OCC is responsible for managing operational resources in responding to incidents and monitoring the concession sections, through permanent contact with SAL (User Service) vehicles.

 

The Center operates 24/7, quickly and efficiently so that the flow of vehicles maintains ideal traffic conditions and people are served quickly and safely.
