Definition

Occupation of the right-of-way is the use of public space in an aerial, underground, visible, suspended, or punctual manner for the implementation of a specific service, which can be either free or paid, according to specific regulations.

The prerogative for the approval and granting of occupations in the right-of-way is the exclusive competence of the Granting Authority, with the Concessionaire being responsible only for guiding, instructing, and facilitating the process for submission of the analysis to the Regulatory Agency. This is done by complying with the Current Regulations and Laws mentioned below that govern the subject, following the flow and phases of the internal process as outlined below.

1

Executive Project

Present an Executive Project with all the details of the proposed intervention, which will be analyzed and evaluated by the Concessionaire before being submitted for final approval by the Granting Authority.

2

Construction Phase:

After the approval of the Executive Project by the Regulatory Agency, the process of instructing the Concessionaire for the start of implementation/restructuring works begins. The Concessionaire will oversee the progress of the works until their final completion.
