SOS user
With an operational base strategically installed on the west section of the Mário Covas ring road, the CCR RodoAnel SOS User has 58 emergency telephones installed along the length of the road. These phones have security devices that record data such as the kilometer of origin and the time of the call.
Our service is on standby 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and has a fleet of six light tow trucks, one heavy tow truck, as well as rescue ambulances, a Mobile ICU, an animal seizure truck and an irrigation truck.
The CCR RodoAnel concessionaire team also travels the highways to supervise traffic, assist users, in addition to providing emergency mechanical assistance, removing vehicles and relying on specialized teams, consisting of doctors, nurses, rescuers and nursing assistants; for medical assistance with pre-hospital care.

Callbox
The emergency telephones (callbox) are located along the highways and activate the CCR User SOS. The telephones have security devices that record road data, such as the kilometer of origin and the time of the call.

Operational Control Center (OCC)
The OCC is responsible for managing operational resources in responding to incidents and monitoring the concession sections, through permanent contact with SAL (User Service) vehicles.
The Center operates 24/7, quickly and efficiently so that the flow of vehicles maintains ideal traffic conditions and people are served quickly and safely.
