Definition

Among the values and contractual obligations granted to the Concessionaire, it is responsible for ensuring and preserving the safety of users traveling on the highway, as well as that of employees who are performing services, interventions or works within the state's domain range.

 

Every area of the State Government is monitored and inspected by the Concessionaire, according to the concession contract, and if the beginning of any irregular activity is identified that does not have programming and/or authorization from the Concessionaire and/or the Regulatory Agency, the embargo of the activities.

 

In this sense, each and every service, intervention or work in the state right-of-way must be preceded by a request, analysis, training and approval by the Concessionaire and Regulatory Agency, before its execution, and the guidelines below must be followed:

Request

Forward a request for instructions for issuing a Third-Party Services Authorization on the state highway, detailing the type of service you wish to perform, using the contact us form below.

Analysis

The Concessionaire will forward the necessary procedures to obtain the Authorization of Third-Party Services

Approval

After all procedures have been completed and all documentation has been validated by the Concessionaire, the AOS - Works and Services Authorization will be issued.

Valid Integration

Everyone in the field must have valid integration with our Occupational Safety team, including engineers, those responsible for the front of the service and possible visitors who may come to the service/intervention/work site.

Highway traffic

Any service or interventions during the work that interfere with highway traffic must be scheduled, together with the Concessionaire in advance.

Service authorization

During the entire period of execution of the service/intervention/work, a copy of the AOS - SERVICE AUTHORIZATION must be kept in the field, to avoid possible service embargoes.

Prior contact

After releasing the Concessionaire and before carrying out the service, the CONTRACTED company must contact our CCO (Operational Control Center) team, via telephone: 0800 055 5550, informing that the activity will start on the section.
