CCR ViaOeste is on standby 24 hours a day to serve its users. Specialized teams travel the highways to monitor traffic, provide emergency mechanical assistance, carry out vehicle removal and medical assistance with pre-hospital care.
Travel safely
Callbox
Emergency telephones (callboxes) are located along the highways and activate the CCR User SOS. The phones have security devices that record data from the highway, such as the kilometer of origin and the time of the call.

CCR has vehicles with 24-hour service to ensure people's safety, from ambulances to medical vehicles.

Operational Control Center (CCO)
The CCO is responsible for managing operational resources in responding to incidents and monitoring the concession sections, through permanent contact with SAL (User Service) vehicles.
The Center operates 24/7, quickly and efficiently so that the flow of vehicles maintains ideal traffic conditions and people are served quickly and safely.
