Travel safely
Callbox
Emergency telephones (callboxes) are located along the highways and activate the CCR User SOS. The phones have security devices that record data from the highway, such as the kilometer of origin and the time of the call.
Service vehicles
CCR has vehicles with 24-hour service to ensure people's safety, from ambulances to medical vehicles.
Medical team
We have a team of doctors, nurses and nursing technicians trained to assist on the highway.

Operational Control Center (CCO)
The CCO is responsible for managing operational resources in responding to incidents and monitoring the concession sections, through permanent contact with SAU (User Service Assistance) vehicles.
The Center operates 24/7, quickly and efficiently so that the flow of vehicles maintains ideal traffic conditions and people are served quickly and safely.
